1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 19ph platform — including the website at 19ph.net, the 19ph mobile application, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of 19ph, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 19ph platform. If you are using 19ph on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

19ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the 19ph platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of 19ph after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 19ph for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 19ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from 19ph or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on 19ph, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all 19ph accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 19ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 19ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 19ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
• Account Ownership: Your 19ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 19ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 19ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 19ph's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the 19ph platform at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending verification requirements.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is prohibited.
• Currency: All balances, bets, wins, and transactions on 19ph are denominated in Philippine Peso. 19ph does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
• Withdrawal Conditions: 19ph reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. 19ph does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf unless required to do so by applicable law.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 19ph. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 19ph does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 19ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 19ph will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with the applicable game rules and the platform's technical records. 19ph's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or bets placed in violation of these Terms, are void and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 19ph uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently verified and are not subject to manipulation by 19ph or any third party.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

19ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 19ph promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are credited to your 19ph account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• 19ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 19ph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 19ph. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account on 19ph.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 19ph platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 19ph platform or any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 19ph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the 19ph platform or any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 19ph staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the 19ph platform.
• Accessing 19ph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 19ph platform — including but not limited to the 19ph name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 19ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 19ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 19ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 19ph content.
• Use any 19ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorised by 19ph.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 19ph platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 19ph intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

19ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 19ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• 19ph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• 19ph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and 19ph's data retention obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

19ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: Real-money gaming on 19ph is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through our registration and KYC processes.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 19ph account at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

11. Suspension & Termination

19ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 19ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 19ph.
• 19ph is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in 19ph's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no legal hold applies.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 19ph support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19ph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 19ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 19ph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the 19ph platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 19ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 19ph account or any transaction, you should contact 19ph customer support in the first instance. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to 19ph's compliance team. 19ph will acknowledge escalated complaints within five (5) business days and provide a final response within thirty (30) business days of receipt.

19ph's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or the application of these Terms shall be final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 19ph platform.

19ph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights or obligations arising under applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.

15. Amendments

19ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 19ph will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the 19ph platform.

Amended Terms take effect upon publication on the 19ph platform. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using 19ph and may close your account in accordance with Section 11. Your continued use of 19ph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
